Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Business Partner (People Partner) to support a senior leadership team on an initial 6-12 month basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent subject to performance and business need.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating in a complex environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice while managing a demanding caseload of employee relations matters.
The role is primarily based in South Wales, with flexibility for candidates based further afield, as the teams supported operate across multiple locations.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
