Private Client Senior Associate 
Swindon

A leading and expanding Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Swindon, it's an opportunity to become part of a growing team recognised for its expertise in high-end estate planning, inheritance tax advice and complex succession matters. You will work alongside the team leader on a broad range of private wealth matters, advising individuals, families and vulnerable clients on estate and succession planning. The role offers the opportunity to develop a strong profile within the market while building long-term relationships with clients, referrers and local communities.

The role includes:

• Advising on all aspects of Wills, estate planning and succession planning
• Complex probate and estate administration matters
• Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
• Trust creation, administration and restructuring
• Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients, including mental capacity issues
• Advising on digital assets and digital afterlife planning
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting the continued strategic growth of the Private Client team

What experience is required:

• Senior Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE
• Strong technical background across Wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Experience handling complex estate administration matters

This role would suit an ambitious Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step within a progressive and growing Private Client practice, while working alongside a recognised expert in the field.
