Must have’s

  • Deep expertise across Meta and Google Ads platforms
  • Strong track record in new customer acquisition at scale
  • Commercial mindset with clear understanding of CPA, ROAS, margin and profitability
  • Ability to analyse performance quickly and take decisive action
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative teams to improve ad performance
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to have’s
  • Experience with Pinterest advertising
  • Background working both agency-side and in-house
So, what will you be doing?
  • Owning and executing end-to-end paid media strategy across key paid channels
  • Structuring, launching and optimizing campaigns across prospecting, re targeting and brand activity
  • Driving efficient new customer growth while protecting profitability
  • Working with creative teams to shape ad concepts, briefs and testing plans
  • Aligning paid media with product launches, merchandising and on-site experience
  • Monitoring performance daily and adjusting spend and strategy accordingly
  • Identifying opportunities to scale investment responsibly
  • Managing tracking, attribution and platform integrations to ensure data accuracy
