A leading consultancy operating within complex digital, cyber and data environments is looking to hire a number of Data Engineers to join their growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2-4 years' experience who is looking to further develop their data engineering career within large-scale enterprise and government-focused projects.

Role Overview

You'll work alongside architects, analysts and data scientists to build and maintain scalable data solutions. The role will focus on developing data pipelines, supporting cloud-based infrastructure and helping clients process and consume data more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
  • Develop scalable data engineering solutions using modern engineering best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
  • Support data modelling, orchestration and data management activities
  • Configure and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and challenges
Skills & Experience Required
  • 2-4 years' experience within Data Engineering or similar roles
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines and large datasets
  • Understanding of cloud-based data platforms/infrastructure
  • Knowledge of DataOps or software engineering best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work within collaborative technical teams
