What you'll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

  • Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Support learning through one-to-one and small group work
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals

What we're looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with SEMH pupils desirable
  • Calm and resilient attitude
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
