We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive (3-Month Contract | Self-Employed)

Location: Remote (Field-Based)

Contract: 3 Months | Self-Employed

At Onfield Group, we help brands win where it matters most, in-store. We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Field Sales Executive to join us on a short-term contract and make an immediate impact across key retail channels, including Convenience, Cash & Carry, & Grocery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business across Convenience stores at store level
• Growing Cash & Carry accounts at depot level
• Securing new listings and increasing product distribution
• Delivering compelling sales pitches and closing deals
• Driving in-store visibility, availability, and execution
• Identifying opportunities through market insight and competitor analysis
• Reporting weekly on performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Field Sales / New Business Development (FMCG preferred)
• Strong track record of opening new accounts and driving growth
• Experience with Convenience, Cash & Carry, and Grocery retailers (Top 4 multiples a plus)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Strong commercial awareness of the retail landscape
• Willingness to travel and be out in the field
