Customer Care Advisor - Ipswich - £32,000

Our client, a leading name in their industry are currently looking to recruit for their Customer Care team. This is a brilliant company with clear progression opportunities looking for people with excellent customer service skills to look after their Hire and Service desks!

Salary: £32,000

Hours: 07:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)

The role:

• Operating within the Customer Care team you will be responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the companies products and services.
• Process orders on the companies in house system.
• Liaise with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management.
• Take incoming calls relating to breakdowns, log jobs on the system and insure they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Previous office based Customer Service experience.
• Excellent levels of service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, to KPI's and within timelines.
• Confident and positive approach and an excellent team player.
