What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with schools across London about staffing needs
• Sourcing and interviewing education professionals
• Building long-term relationships with schools and candidates
• Managing your own recruitment desk
• Working towards targets with uncapped commission
• Learning how to build and grow a successful business within education recruitment

Training - Impact Academy

You will receive full training through Tradewind's Impact Academy:

• Recruitment and headhunting techniques
• Sales and negotiation training
• Business development skills
• Confidence, resilience, and mindset coaching
• Structured progression pathway

No experience required - just ambition.
