Description

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance requirements.
• MTD ITSA returns.
• Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Handle payroll processing and related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Support with company secretary duties.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

• A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
