Responsible for managing time-critical AOG shipments, ensuring rapid response and delivery of aircraft parts to minimise downtime. Operating in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, coordinating global logistics solutions across air, road, and courier networks.

• Manage end-to-end AOG shipments from initial request through to final delivery
• Respond immediately to AOG calls/emails, often outside standard working hours
• Arrange urgent air freight solutions, including:
• Next Flight Out (NFO)
• Onboard Courier (OBC)
• Air charter services
• Coordinate time-critical road transport for airport collections and final delivery
• Provide high-level, 24/7 customer support
• Maintain strong relationships with aerospace clients
• Deliver clear, timely communication throughout shipment lifecycle
