An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and forward-thinking Claimant Clinical Negligence team within a highly respected law firm.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
• Handle new and existing claims, including litigated files
• Attend Court hearings and client meetings
• Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
• Prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
• Value claims and negotiate settlements

About you

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• A proven track record handling high-value claims
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Experience working within a target-driven environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
