Claims Management -Handle a caseload of property claims from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Stakeholder Engagement - Build and manage relationships with brokers, managing agents, and other stakeholders with varying needs.
Customer Service - Address complaints and provide empathetic support to vulnerable customers with professionalism.
Communication - Confidently manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, delivering clear and concise information.
Organisation - Effectively prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment.
Documentation - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled.
System Use - Utilise Microsoft Office tools and claims handling systems efficiently.
