I am looking to speak to reserving actuaries that are looking for a step up in their career into a managerial capacity. The ideal candidate would hold strong stakeholder management, hold 5+ years of experience in the Lloyd's market, and be fully qualified. Some ideal skills include excellent use of Excel and a competent user of ResQ/reserving softwares.
