To assist the Lead File Handler with file handling tasks on a mixed case load including HAVS, CTS, WRULD, Asthma and Dermatitis. To assist with the management and progression of claims for the Lead File Handler in accordance with the strategies and action plan as determined by the Lead File Handler.
