We are working with a fast-paced fintech business based in the City of London who are looking for a highly organised and analytical Administrator to support a key business project over the next 2–3 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is exceptionally strong in Excel, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Managing and analysing large volumes of data in Excel
Supporting project administration and coordination
Producing reports, reconciliations, and data checks
Identifying inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy
Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business
Assisting with process improvements and project delivery
WHO YOU ARE:
Advanced Excel skills are essential (including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Previous administrative or project support experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working full-time in the office, 5 days per week
