Property Paralegal 

A specialist Banking and Finance team is looking to add a Property Paralegal with experience in either commercial or residential property. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of property-backed finance transactions, supporting lawyers on a wide range of matters with national scope.

You’ll be involved in the detail of transactions from early due diligence through to completion and post-completion, making this a varied and technically interesting position for a paralegal keen to deepen their expertise in property finance work.

The role

The role will involve supporting fee earners across property finance matters, including:

• Assisting with title due diligence for lending transactions
• Drafting standard securities and discharges
• Preparing and submitting Land Registration applications
• Reviewing advance notices
• Supporting lawyers through completions
• Managing post-completion work, including issuing lender title packs

About you

This role would suit a Property Paralegal who:

• Has experience in commercial and/or residential property
• Is comfortable handling detailed documentation and procedural work
• Works in an organised and methodical way
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider finance team
• Takes a proactive approach to learning and development
