Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 3 to deliver outstanding results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and drive initiatives to capitalise on them

Profile

A successful National Sales Manager will have:

  • Extensive national account management experience across the top 4 and other retail channels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
  • A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
