Huntswood has a great new opportunity for Customer Service Sales Advisors, with proven experience of working in a similar role. This role is fully working from home. There will be shift work between the hours of 8am - 6pm, and one Saturday in every three.
Starts: Monday 8th June 2026
Location: Working From Home
Rate: £130 per day (through HUSP umbrella company)
Duration: 4 Months initially, with possible extension.
The role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving contractual performance targets across customer service, sales, and quality measures.
Agents are expected to consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to Average Handling Time (AHT), Sales performance, Customer Satisfaction Survey results, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
