We’ve been asked to recruit a HR Assistant (3-month FTC) for a company based in Northampton.

Day to day, working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll help with a range of HR projects and day-to-day people operations.

In terms of your background, you’ll need to be studying HR and also have some knowledge of HR policies.

We have recruited for this company many times over the years - they are a great business…We also helped the HR Manager join so we know you’ll be good hands.

Below is a small overview of the role…

• Provide administrative support to the Head of HR
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
• Assist with drafting letters, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR data where required
