Job Title: Property Loss Adjuster (Commercial & Domestic)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of commercial and domestic property claims, including larger and more complex losses. You will be responsible for handling claims end-to-end, from first notification through to final settlement across the Uxbridge and Slough region.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend site visits to assess damage and loss
• Investigate claims and review policy coverage
• Prepare detailed reports for insurers
• Build and manage relationships with clients, brokers, and contractors
• Appoint and liaise with external specialists (e.g. surveyors, engineers)
• Negotiate and agree claim settlements

About You

• Experience in property claims adjusting (commercial and/or domestic)
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Professional, organised, and solution-focused approach
