Due to continued growth, I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading digital first business that is experiencing significant expansion across both UK and international markets.
This organisation has made substantial investment into performance marketing, creative experimentation, and data-led customer acquisition, with Paid Media forming a key part of their wider growth strategy.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working across Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and emerging digital channels alongside wider Creative, CRM, and Growth teams.
THE BENEFITS
THE PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE ROLE:
You'll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of Paid Media campaigns across a variety of digital channels. The role will focus heavily on YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and broader Google Ads activity.
You'll assist with campaign launches, audience targeting, creative testing, reporting, QA checks, tracking validation, and performance optimisation while supporting growth initiatives across multiple markets.
This role would suit somebody with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys performance marketing, creative testing, audience strategy, and data-led optimisation.
