We are seeking a dedicated Training Assistant to join our Clients team. This role involves a blend of training organisation, administration, and coordination, ensuring high levels of customer service to both external customers and member firms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all aspects of training delivery and support.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate with tutors to schedule future online training sessions.
  • Manage course uploads and updates on the CRM system and public website.
  • Issue training circulars regularly to both members and non-members.
  • Create and manage webinar courses on platforms like GoToWebinar, ensuring content is accurately uploaded and delegate bookings are tracked.
  • Handle the training@inbox, responding to all training-related enquiries and liaising with members for in-house training provisions.
  • Attend online training courses to provide monitoring and assistance.
  • Post-training, manage feedback collection, distribution, and processing of CPD information.
  • Support the financial aspects of training by invoicing, processing payments, and managing financial summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a high-volume call centre.
  • Proven track record of organising events and managing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Strong record-keeping and data inputting skills, with the ability to analyse and report data.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Superior communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • High computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and multitasking abilities.
