Role Overview

Accomplish Todays client is looking to employ an experienced Contractor Experience Senior to join a high-performing contractor experience and internal sales function within a leading umbrella payroll organisation.

The purpose of this role is to maximise revenue while ensuring every contractor receives an outstanding, professional experience. You will achieve this by understanding individual contractor circumstances, clearly explaining relevant optional services, and enrolling contractors into solutions that provide genuine value.

This role involves regular engagement with the existing contractor base, re-engaging lapsed contractors into employment, and contributing to structured sales and engagement campaigns. Accuracy, professionalism and customer trust are critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting existing contractors to improve engagement and re-join contractors into employment
  • Explaining available umbrella payroll services in a clear, professional and consultative manner
  • Identifying and converting opportunities for chargeable optional services tailored to contractor needs
  • Managing multiple sales opportunities within a structured personal pipeline
  • Maximising time spent engaging with contractors through outbound calling activity
  • Completing accurate administrative records following each contractor interaction
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases with a high level of attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively with Contractor Experience Advisors and other internal departments
  • Managing personal workload effectively while maintaining quality, compliance and customer service standards
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, consistently exceeding performance targets
  • Experience working towards defined performance measures and objectives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
  • Confidence building rapport and long-term trust with contractors
  • Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all administrative tasks
