A leading City-based professional services firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support Partners and fee earners within a busy Real Estate team. This is a newly created role within a well-established and supportive PA team.

• Proactive diary, inbox, and travel management
• Coordinating meetings, events, and client interactions
• Supporting billing, matter management, and compliance processes
• Assisting with pitches, reports, and document production
• Liaising with internal teams including Finance and Business Development

• Salary up to £49,000 + bonus

• Minimum 3 years' Legal PA experience (Real Estate essential)
