Sales Support Administrator

A Sales Support Administrator is required to provide key administrative and business support for a couple of our Sales VP's in the UKI and Benelux region. The Sales Administrator will have the ability to exercise good judgement and confidentiality in a variety of situations, with strong written, verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This role will be based at our office in Farnborough at least 3 days per week, where there are good facilities and free car parking.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex calendars.
  • Manage domestic and international travel, flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes and monitor actions.
  • Event coordination and project management for executive(s) and customer visits.
  • Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, offsites and town halls.
  • Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.
  • Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items.
  • Creating and supporting production of consistent and high-quality presentations and responses
  • Creating and distributing regular updates to the team on activity, training, etc.
  • Helping to co-ordinate the ‘Wheel’ meetings and ensure that follow up actions are taken care of.
  • Helping to manage the co-ordination of territory plans and account plans – ensuring they are updated and deliver the value.
  • Organising events for the broader sales team, sales meetings etc.
  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external clients on behalf of their executives.
  • Type letters, reports and other correspondence as required
  • Provide general administrative support.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of supporting senior executives within a high-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload.
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong sense of urgency.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
