Senior Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Opportunity

An established and high-performing recruitment business is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their White Collar Construction division, focusing on the US market.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proven team with a strong track record, having billed $1.4M across 4 consultants last year, and coming off the back of a record-breaking Q1 in 2026.

With an average deal size of $25,000, this role offers significant earning potential and the chance to operate in a highly lucrative market, supported by an established US presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within the White Collar Construction sector
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the US market
• Sourcing, qualifying, and placing high-quality candidates
• Building and managing your own desk with autonomy and support
• Working closely with colleagues based in both the UK and US

Requirements

• Proven experience in White Collar Construction recruitment (essential)
• Strong billing track record in a 360 recruitment role
• Experience working US markets (desirable but not essential)
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to maximise earnings
• Strong communication and business development skills
