Are you a commercially minded relationship builder with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business, managing your own portfolio of customers and playing a key role in driving sales growth.
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on building strong relationships, increasing revenue and delivering a first-class customer experience. This is a desk based role combining proactive account management, outbound engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers through regular, proactive contact
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor account activity and re-engage lapsed or at-risk customers
  • Deliver against targets for growth, retention, and customer engagement
  • Analyse trading data to spot trends and opportunities
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
  • Strong communication skills and confident on the phone
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, results driven mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Comfortable analysing data
  • Positive, resilient and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in account management, sales or customer service
  • Background in B2B environments
