Relief Chef – 2 Rosette Experience Required

We’re looking for an experienced Relief Chef with solid 2 Rosette background to support a high-quality kitchen during busy periods. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who can hit the ground running and maintain exceptional standards.

What You’ll Do

• Support the brigade during busy services
• Deliver high-quality dishes to 2 Rosette standard
• Work cleanly, efficiently and professionally
• Adapt quickly to different sections as needed
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene at all times

What You Need

• Proven 2 Rosette experience (essential)
• Strong all-round cooking skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Reliability and a professional attitude
• No live-in available, so you must be able to commute
