Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a confident and proactive Accounts Administrator to join a small, friendly finance team within a busy and growing business.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and are comfortable managing high volumes of data, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You will be responsible for processing a high volume of financial transactions and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day duties.
A big part of the role involves manually processing around 600 invoices per month onto Excel, so strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP’s) are essential.
You will also be liaising with Contract Managers, so confidence and clear communication are very important.
