We’re offering a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead the entire finance cycle from day-to-day accounting through to strategic reporting, audit, and forecasting. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Take full ownership of the HQ finance function, managing the entire accounting lifecycle
• Oversee end-to-end accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Lead the month-end close, delivering accurate, insightful management accounts and variance analysis
• Drive balance sheet integrity and maintain a strong control environment
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
• Lead year-end activities and act as the key contact for external auditors
• Support statutory reporting in line with IFRS standards
• Partner with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role
• Strong track record managing month-end, year-end, and audit processes
• Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
