A leading construction consultancy based in London is seeking an ambitious and client-facing Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. The successful Project Manager will play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion while working alongside experienced construction professionals in a collaborative environment.

This London-based consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager with strong communication skills, consultancy experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The Project Manager will be given exposure to prestigious projects, direct client interaction, and clear progression opportunities within a well-established consultancy environment.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role


The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will liaise closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while managing project programmes, risks, procurement, and reporting.

The Project Manager will support senior leadership on major schemes while also taking ownership of smaller projects independently. Experience within a consultancy environment and strong contract administration knowledge will be highly beneficial.


The Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will have:

  • Previous experience within a construction consultancy
  • Experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use sectors
  • Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or similar
  • Working towards or already chartered with RICS, APM, or CIOB
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Excellent organisational and reporting abilities
