Are you an organised and detail-driven Financial Administrator looking to build your career within a high-quality wealth management environment?

This boutique City-based firm, working with HNW professionals and long-standing private clients, is seeking a polished and proactive Administrator to support their advisers and paraplanners across all aspects of client servicing and operational administration.

This is a firm known for its relationship-led approach, high standards, and supportive culture. You will be working closely with experienced advisers, gaining exposure to high-quality financial planning work and developing your technical knowledge over time.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support across the full client lifecycle
  • Prepare documentation, valuations, and review packs
  • Liaise with providers to obtain policy information and process new business
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Support advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day client servicing
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and managing ongoing client reviews

About You

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Keen to develop your technical knowledge and progress over time
