Nursery Practitioner – Berkhamsted (Full-Time, Long-Term)

REED Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a lovely, highly regarded nursery in Berkhamsted, who are looking to recruit a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, nurturing setting with a strong reputation for high-quality early years provision.

The Role:

• Position: Nursery Practitioner (Qualified or Unqualified)
• Location: Berkhamsted
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Duration: Long-term placement
• Pay: £14.50 – £16 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About You:

We are keen to hear from individuals who:

• Have previous experience working in Early Years settings
• Hold a relevant childcare qualificationor are unqualified with strong hands-on experience
• Are passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
