About the Role

Our client, a leading organisation within the iGaming and online entertainment industry, is looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Digital Marketing Designer to join their creative team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital campaigns for a global online casino and bingo brand across a growing portfolio of international markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging digital creatives across multiple channels, supporting brand growth, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Working closely with the Creative Team Lead, marketing teams, country managers, copywriters, designers, and external agencies, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across a wide variety of digital formats.

This is a hands-on position suited to a designer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop strong creative ideas, and embrace evolving creative technologies, including the use of AI tools for ideation and production.

?Key Responsibilities

As the Mid-Weight Digital Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing creative concepts for digital campaigns and presenting ideas to internal stakeholders
  • Designing and producing high-quality digital assets, including static banners, animated banners, social media content, and website graphics
  • Building and executing programmatic and social advertising campaigns across multiple formats and platforms
  • Creating website hero banners, landing page assets, and promotional visuals
  • Designing for social-first formats, including vertical video, reels, and short-form content
  • Collaborating closely with designers, marketers, copywriters, country managers, and external agencies
  • Delivering cohesive campaign assets across digital, social, web, and performance marketing channels
  • Adapting creative for different international markets, considering cultural nuances and audience behaviours
  • Using AI tools where relevant to support ideation, concept development, and production workflows
  • Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication around timelines and delivery
  • Supporting the production of wider marketing materials, including digital, social, and occasional print or out-of-home assets

?What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4–5 years’ experience in a digital design role within a fast-paced environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising across multiple formats, including static, animated, social, and display creative
  • Strong visual and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to develop creative ideas independently
  • A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects at pace
  • Experience creating digital advertising campaigns using tools such as Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • After Effects
  • InDesign
  • Experience designing for social media and performance marketing channels
  • Exposure to international markets and adapting creative for different audiences
  • An interest in emerging creative technologies, including AI tools for ideation and production

?Desirable Skills

The following would be considered an advantage:

  • Experience within the online gaming, online casino, or bingo industries
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Blender, or project management platforms such as ClickUp
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway, Gemini, Nanobanana, Freepik, or similar tools in creative workflows
