We’re recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to join a busy service team, supporting customers and ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Location: Bristol
Contract: Temp ongoing
Hours: Full time day hybrid)
Salary: £13.20 per hour

Key Duties

• Manage and resolve helpdesk queries 
• Investigate issues and maintain accurate records
• Input and manage data on internal systems
• Support admin, reporting, and month-end processes
• Provide excellent service via phone and email

About You

• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) [Service De...-Ordinator | Word]
• Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
