We are currently working in partnership with a charity , who are looking to appoint a Early Years Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis in Portsmouth.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant and recognised level 3 qualification and have at least one years’ experience working in an early year setting.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing physical, emotional and social care for children placed in the setting
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communications with parents and carers
• Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children

Experience required:

• One years’ experience working with children in early years
• Experience working in partnership with parents

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Able to relate positively to a wide range of people
• Great teamwork

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri
• Between the hours of 7:00 – 18:00 – working hours may vary
• 37 hours a week
