Product Data Scientist

Hybrid (Leicestershire HQ / London Holborn)

We're hiring a Product Data Scientist to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation using data to shape better products and experiences for millions of users.

This is a highly impactful role where you'll act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and commercial teams, owning the full analytical lifecycle-from defining problems through to delivering insights that directly influence decisions and product direction.

The role:

• Own end-to-end analytics within your product area
• Design and run experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
• Build models, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights
• Create dashboards and tools to enable self-serve analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders to shape product strategy

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a product or digital analytics environment
• Strong SQL and Python or R
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and statistical analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Confident communicator who can influence decision-making
