We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) specializing in Geography to join our dynamic educational team. This role is perfect for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about geography and eager to inspire students across various year groups, from Year 7 to Year 13, including Sixth Form.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative geography lessons to students from Year 7 to Year 13.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.
• Prepare educational material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure the content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, specifically for new or early career teachers.
• Strong knowledge of the geography curriculum.
