The Internal Communications Manageris responsible fordriving the engagement of our teams across the business, providing clarity,direction,and motivationforkey business activities. They are a communications specialist, providing support to other areas of the business to ensure communicationaligns with thebrandswider strategies.The Internal Communications Manager will oversee comms across a variety of channels, acting as a brand ambassador for Superdrugs vision,missionand values.
Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:
Management of Internal Communications platform Pulse, Life at Superdrug social channels and LinkedIn
Liaising acrossdifferent departments and elements of the business, creating a variety of comms andcontent creation
Workingwithstakeholders including, but are not exclusive to, the Exec team, Commercial,Healthcare,People, ITandDistributioncentreand storeteamsto ensure their commsare delivered in an engaging wayacross relevant channels
Working fromdifferent locations, including head office, distributioncentreor out in stores depending on the project
Managing the Internal Communications budget
Supporting the DEI and ESGstrategies with communications plans throughout the year. This includes working with external charity partnersto execute their engagement plans across the business
Ideation,creationand execution of internal events, for example with suppliers
Sharing reporting and analysis of the engagement of the business and consulting departmentson where there are opportunities for them to evolve their approach
Listens to the customer and implements new ideas and ways of working which are designed to improve service considering both Online and Offline.
Customer Focus: Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our online and offline platform.

You will understand the core principles ofinternal comms and working to deliver a strategy, how to measure success and review progress, working within a budget
You will haveworkingknowledge ofmanaging internal communications platformsor similar
Your leadership experience will have equipped you tomanage others,provide feedback and development to your direct reports.
Youllbe confident in managing up and down through the business, adapting quicklyto the needs ofour team and customers
Uses data and insights to challenges the status quo to keep us ahead of the competition.
