Springbok Properties is expanding its property works team.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Builder / Skilled Labourer to support property preparation and light refurbishment projects across the UK.

This role is suited to someone practical, dependable, and comfortable working away from home when required.

You will be responsible for supporting property improvement works, including:

  • General DIY and property maintenance

  • Basic building repairs and remedial works

  • Strip-outs and preparation of properties

  • Minor refurbishments and finishing tasks

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work environments

  • Working across multiple UK locations

The work will vary from site to site, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in general labouring or building work

  • Practical skills (e.g. patch plastering, joinery, basic repairs, snagging)

  • Comfortable travelling and staying away when projects require it

  • Strong reliability and punctuality

  • Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions

  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Employment Structure

This role can be offered on either:

  • Employed (PAYE), or

  • Self-employed basis

We offer a generous basic package, with accommodation and working away allowances provided when required.
