Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of ERP system
  • Lead the (mostly new) team through an exciting period of change
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes - new budgeting cycle has just started and first board meeting in June
  • Manage debt - linked to housing
  • Pricing and margin management
  • Ability to get in at the deep end straight away and challenging stakeholders where/when necessary
  • Fundraising

Profile

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience with fundraising, ERP implementation, manufacturing (ideally), estates, debt management
  • Ability to build trust with the CEO and challenge SLT where needed
