Role Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will deliver high quality, person centred care to residents with complex neurological needs. You will support individuals with personal care, mobility and daily routines while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
You will build strong relationships with residents, offering reassurance, encouragement and consistent support within a calm and structured environment. Your role will contribute to rehabilitation goals and help individuals maintain or regain independence wherever possible.
You will work closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, following care plans and maintaining accurate records to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
