Think Michelin star restaurants, the most exclusive fine dining experiences within luxury hotels.


This opportunity is a 70/30 Account Management vs New Business role and 95% of the client base will be in central London with the odd exception in the South East region.


Paying up to a £60k base + another £10k OTE company vehicle or full travel expenses for anyone that doesn't drive + comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare.


The role is going to be Account Managing, consulting and new business selling into executive chefs ensuring they have the most premium products to create outstanding dining experiences.


Therefore a premium produce food expert and the credibility, understanding and exposure to this niche where only the most premium products and the expertise influence to support with menu changes, recommendations eg seasonal changes and optimum timing of varying fresh produces count


You will be supported by a highly knowledgeable supportive Sales Manager and a inspirational Sales Director with an existing client base of your competitors envy and the name/brand/reputation that will open doors for you to walk through.


Client facing, fast paced and exciting role - 4 days/week with F2f meetings in some of the most prestigious of high dining environments with a real-time daily/weekly element of knowing your client base and their spend and market share with you.
