About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar education support role
• A patient, empathetic and resilient personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
