Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a prestigious, professional mortgage broker firm based in Mayfair. We are currently looking to recruit 5–10 experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker professionals due to a significant increase in high-quality HNW leads.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious mortgage advisor or mortgage broker seeking high earnings, premium clients, and a structured, professional working environment.

The Opportunity

• Work as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker in a prestigious Mayfair office
• Handle 10–12 pre-qualified leads per week
• Deal with HNW and UHNW clients across London (M25)
• Average loan size £420,000+
• Convert 2–3 mortgages per week
• Earn excellent commission and high earnings consistently

Earnings

• £60,000 – £80,000 OTE Year 1
• £100,000 – £150,000+ Year 2
• Approx. £2,700 commission per week
• 40% API on protection referrals
• Genuine high earnings environment

Requirements

• Experience as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker
• CeMAP qualified (essential)
• CAS preferred
• Experience with HNW clients desirable
• Professional, driven, and client-focused
