About the Programme

You will:

• Gain hands-on experience working in local secondary schools
• Support pupils across a range of subjects (with opportunities to specialise)
• Develop key classroom management and teaching skills
• Receive guidance from experienced educators and mentors
• Build a strong foundation for teacher training (PGCE, Schools Direct, etc.)

What We're Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates who:

• Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
• Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
• Are proactive, resilient, and adaptable
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
