We are currently looking for a Senior EA to join a boutique finance company based in the West End. This is an immediate role based in the London office and will be working 9-6. This role requires some out of office work and is paying up to 70k depending on experience. This is a small environment with a start up mentality. The role would suit an EA with finance and operations experience. The position is a 4 month contract with a possibility of an extension.

The role

• Managing and organising calendars
• Making travel arrangements (such as booking taxis for executives)
• Answering phones, screening calls and directing to the appropriate person or department
• Taking notes at meetings
• Booking meeting rooms and ordering lunches for meetings
• General administration duties such as filing, scanning documents, faxing
• Sending out mail and answering email requests promptly
• Sorting incoming mail into categories (e.g. action required, no action required)
• Creating presentations
• Compiling market research information (e.g. gathering industry information)
• Organising events like workshops or conferences
• Ad hoc Admin
