Accounts Payable Assistant Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Stockton based business with their temporary Accounts Payable Assistant requirement. This role will be on a rolling temporary basis with an immediate start offered.
The Role As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:
Match purchase orders to invoices
Escalate invoices to the appropriate person if discrepancies
Pay invoices via BACS and cheques in a timely manner
Deal with any purchase queries
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
Reconcile and check supplier statements
Adhoc duties across the function
