Finance Manager, Hospitality, Central London, 5 Days a week in the office, £70-75,000

Our client is a leader in luxury hospitality, and we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a growing corporate finance function based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement within a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting and audit processes, and providing timely financial insight to senior stakeholders. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to operational improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis reports
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of financial data
  • Support statutory reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes, including preparation of supporting documentation
  • Develop and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting processes
  • Support finance-related projects, systems improvements, and process optimisation initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the finance team

Skills & Experience
  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience within financial reporting or a similar finance role
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial controls
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
