Recruitment Consultant (Finance) -Trainee & Experienced

Open to all backgrounds | 3 hires | Hybrid after training | ASAP interviews

Salary: £26,000 base uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000+ in year one)

What you’ll do

• Learn and run the full 360 recruitment process
• Write compelling adverts and headhunt niche talent
• Manage jobs and applicants, coordinating interviews and feedback
• Sell, negotiate and close - turn great matches into signed offers
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients in the finance space
